When you stop for lunch you generally try to park it where it would be visible from the table you are sitting at. This is not always possible. With the steal armor unit you know that if anyone raises the cover or tries to cut the cover you are notified. The 2-Way range varies based on surrounding. Your coverage range will generally reach beyond the necessary distance to notify you if a theft is attempted. A 1000ft range is common.
